You can read the world's first Local CV by clicking here. It is intended to demonstrate the profiling of a community using a forward-looking history technique, based on a CV format.
The first Local CV is that of Tadley in Hampshire, UK. Tadley provided the witches' brooms for the Harry Potter films and made Spitfires during the Second World War. When a balloonist landed in 1853 and enquired of his whereabouts, a local man's response provided the town with its fuller appellation:
'Tadley, God help us!'
